F2Fitted ("we", "us") provides flat-pack assembly and bespoke joinery services across London and the commuter belt. This page explains what personal information we collect through f2fitted.co.uk, why we collect it, and how it's used.
What we collect
When you submit a quote request or get in touch, we collect:
- Your name
- Your contact details (email address and/or phone number)
- Your postcode, to confirm you're within our service area and price the job
- Details you choose to share about the job — item type, room size, notes
- Any photos you send us, typically via WhatsApp rather than the website itself
We don't collect payment details through this website — payment is arranged directly once a job is confirmed.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry, provide an accurate quote, and arrange and carry out the work if you go ahead. We don't use your information for anything beyond that — no marketing lists, no sharing with third parties for their own purposes.
How your information is handled
Quote form submissions are processed through Formspree, a third-party form service, which delivers the details to our email inbox. Formspree's own privacy policy governs how they handle data in transit.
WhatsApp messages (including any photos you send) are handled according to WhatsApp/Meta's own privacy policy, since that conversation happens on their platform, not ours.
We keep enquiry and job details only as long as reasonably needed to complete the work and handle any follow-up (such as a warranty query), then delete them.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you can ask us at any time to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you
- Correct anything inaccurate
- Delete your information, where we're not required to keep it for legal or contractual reasons
