Not for flat-pack assembly — that's confirmed and paid on the day. For fitted wardrobes, storage and kitchen work, a deposit is taken once you accept the quote, since materials are ordered specifically for your job before work starts.

Weekday visits are standard, but evening and weekend slots can usually be arranged for assembly bookings — just mention it when you get in touch and we'll see what fits.
It happens more often than you'd think. We'll flag exactly what's missing or faulty so you can get it replaced by the retailer — we're not able to supply missing parts ourselves, but we'll always let you know before leaving a job half-finished.
For assembly, by item type and your zone, confirmed once we've seen photos or the instructions. For fitted joinery and kitchens, after a site visit or detailed photos/measurements. Either way, you get one number before anything is booked in — not a day rate that can grow on site.
